How do I book an appointment?
Simply click “Book Free Consultation” anywhere on the site. You can choose a virtual or in-person consultation, pick your service, and select a time that works for you — evenings and weekends included. We confirm within 30 minutes during business hours.
How much does an installation cost?
Pricing depends on the service and scope. TV mounting starts at $99. Smart home setups vary by device count. We provide a clear, flat-rate quote before any work begins — no surprise charges. Book a free consultation and we’ll give you an exact quote.
Are your technicians background-checked?
Yes. Every technician in our network is background-checked, insured, and vetted before they’re ever sent to a customer. You’ll receive the technician’s name and profile before they arrive so you know exactly who to expect.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
In most markets, yes. Same-day slots are available Monday through Saturday, subject to technician availability in your area. Book early in the day for the best chance at same-day service.
What is your Done-Right Guarantee?
If something isn’t right with your installation within 30 days, we’ll come back and fix it at no charge. No arguments, no extra fees. We stand behind our work completely.
What areas do you serve?
We currently have technicians in Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio (Texas) and Birmingham, Alabama. We also handle commercial and infrastructure projects nationwide. New cities are being added regularly — contact us if you’re outside our current markets.
Do you handle commercial projects?
Yes. We handle everything from small office network installs to full enterprise data center build-outs, structured cabling, fiber optic runs, commercial AV, and access control systems. Contact us for a commercial consultation and custom quote.
Do I need to supply my own equipment?
We can install equipment you’ve already purchased, or we can source and supply equipment as part of the project. Let us know during your consultation and we’ll advise on the best approach.
How long does a typical installation take?
A single TV mount typically takes 45–90 minutes. Smart home setups range from 1–4 hours. Network installs typically take 2–4 hours. We’ll give you a time estimate during booking so you can plan your day.
